Terms and Conditions

Bookings and cancellations

  • Your party booking with Little Beau Parties will be confirmed when we have received your deposit and a signed terms and conditions form. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before your party. Christmas/Easter parties must settle balance by a set date agreed when booking.
  • The full amount must be paid if cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the party. However, if you would like to reschedule then we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Parties with 1 entertainer have a maximum allowance of up to 30 children in attendance. If you have more than 30 children, then a second entertainer will be required.
  • We accept no liability for any party lateness or non-completion related to circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather, national emergencies etc.
  • Parking must be provided at cost to client, this includes parking tickets or permits if required at your party venue.
  • We do not accept liability for any damages that may occur on site. The venue is the responsibility of the client. The host/parent is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children within the party venue and their safe departure after the event. Our entertainers are booked to entertain the children. If children become unruly or badly behaved it is the responsibility of the parents or hosts, not the entertainer, to control them. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of party activities provided by us.
  • “Glow parties” require a £30 refundable damages deposit upon booking due to the equipment/glow props we provide. This will be returned to you 5-7 days after your party date as long as no damage has occurred.

Safety

  • It is the responsibility of the client to inform the party organiser if any child that will be attending the party has allergies, illnesses or any other type of disability. Please note that we only supply sweets and prizes for pass the parcel which is included in the 1.5 or 2 hour party package. Little Beau Parties cannot guarantee that our sweets are nut free and so cannot be held responsible for any harm caused by them. If you do not wish us to supply sweets, prizes or gifts, then please notify us prior to the event so that we can agree and arrange alternatives.
  • Safety is very important to us and we will do all that we can to ensure that no injury occurs to any persons at our events. However, in the unlikely event that an accident occurs, Little Beau Parties cannot be held responsible.
  • Due to the loud noise of Bouncy castles at parties (especially indoor parties) we will ask you to turn them off when the entertainment begins – this is so the children can hear the entertainer’s instructions/character singing too.
  • Please make us aware of any other suppliers that will be attending your party, for example, a face painter. This means we can liaise with them at the party to assure a smooth running of your booking.
  • Outdoor parties must have a backup indoor or covered area in case of rain. Sunshine is not guaranteed – even in summer – so it’s best to be prepared so your party can go ahead as planned.
  • Little Beau Parties entertainers are DBS checked and have public liability insurance.
  • Indoor parties must be well ventilated – this can be done by opening windows/doors.

Photographs and videos

  • Little Beau Parties entertainers will always ask permission to take photographs or videos at a party. These photographs will be the property of Little Beau Parties. We reserve the right to use photographs for promotional purposes.
  • The client will be able to take photographs or videos at their booking and can post online if they wish. When posting online, you are invited to tag Little Beau Parties so that, with your permission, we can share this with our followers.
